Have Few Past work permit rejections...will it effect on PR application??

HI guys!

I had posted this issue before here but haven't got any good response on this.

Here I m going to post it here again. Please share your views on this. Specially experts and vip member, kindly give your humble response on this.

I almost spent 5 years in Canada and got few work permit refusals.
Finally I came back to India and its been almost 3 years here in India.

Now I got sufficient work experience and improve my CRS to 443.

But still there are few concerns that bothers me while applying for EE.
1) Does those past work permit refusals affect my prospective PR application?
2) 2015, I got LMIA from a company in Ontario and applied for WP but got refused twice. Now the same company in 2018 providing me LMIA, will this make any problems while assessing my application? as this is same employer who providing me Job offer with approved positive LMIA for my EE application.

Kindly provide you expert opinion and guidance to mitigate this concern.

The point is "those past work permit refusals affect my PR process??
and definitely I m saying YES to that statutory question asking "have you ever been refuse or applied to IRCC"

Currently I m holding Positive PR supportive LMIA from an Ontario employer, who had provided LMIA back in 2015 , though it was for temporary work permit. Do you think this will be a problem in my prospective PR application? As I m going with this LMIA now. Would CIC suspect about the authenticity of this LMIA and employer?

Sorry for the misunderstanding: Your current CRS socre is 443. What will be your CRS score if you did not have the LMIA? Will it be 443-50 = 393? If then, is it the same employer for which CIC has has refused WP? If it is the same employer then there will be a lot scrutinization for your PR application. What reason CIC provide for your WP rejection with LMIA?

Its okay!
Yes, it is the same employer who had provided LMIA back in 2015. In last two rejections, there were two reason
1) About my employment situation in India
2)Officer didn't satisfy that I was able to perform job sought and return to India after completing my work term.

Adding some more info into this, I had also applied Open work permit through this company in 2015 and I'm the one of the director of this incorporation.
In simple terms, I was holding some shares in this company when I applied open work permit but that time office didn't convince that I could be eligible to apply for this. since then after I applied twice with LMIA for closed work permit but they refused it with above mention reason.
