yeah it does!!!!! so because of my compulsion to be in control of my life....LOL....I check ecas 4 times a day to see if any changes......thinking that Havana probably does not update or issue aor's.......but also hoping because CIC was so slow for the last few months that will work in our favour.......have to find positivity in all of this ;D.....

Am here to share my incredible good news!!!! My husband got the visa....yipiieeeeeeeee....... We are so happy and greatful. Now next step is to get exit visa and God willing that will be fast....as soon as hes' got that document in hand, he's coming home. I cant wait....I am ecstatic............ BTW ecas now says decision made, prio to that was documents and medical results received.

I hope you guys hear something soon, and don't be bummbed out if you dont see anything different on ecas because they may be working on your application as we speak and it might not show. Our application was in Hav for two months, but would have been approved sooner if I had paid the RPRF from the start. Many blessings to you all.
