Can anybody tell me how I can find out the status of my application through the Havana Visa office. Via website or other alternatives. I tried to get on the Havana website to find out the status and I am unable too. I do understand that I am able to look into the CIC site here in Canada but what about Havana Visa office. If anyone can assist me that would be great. thank you

You have to to to the Canadian site and put your wife Uci last name date of birth and all that and you will see the status.

I subcribed to the ecas status tracker and they always send me an email everytime something change

I understand that but I was told that IM able to look under the Havana website to find out the status of the application. Maybe I am wrong or confused. I do have my wife's UCI number and have checked on the Canadian site but I called Cuba and also spoke with immigration here in Canada and they told me that I am able to check the status on the havana site.

Immigration in Havana had requested the landing fees for my wife's application and I just checked with Immigration here in Canada and they told me that they have now received it.

I am a little confused. I would just like to know what steps are going to be taken from this point on now that they have the landing fees.

In wich province is perico I can't believe I'm Cuban and I haven't heard of it

I sent an email to Havana this morning and this was their response just a minute ago. WOW! That was a fast response. I am excited now! 8)

What a feeling I have inside it is incredible. This feels so good because this is what we have been waiting for. Due to all the rain that we have had here in the Edmonton area I am off of work today so I thought I would celebrate with a Palm Bay, lime and cherry spiritz. it's 12:00 PM somewhere lol.

I also just spoke with my representative and she said don't be surprised if they call my wife tomorrow. She told me that once they ask for all the fees and they are excepted that is the complete and final step. It was amazing that Havana emailed me back so fast it was within two hours of my email to them.

I really wish everybody well and to see some fast processes happening soon for everyone in the Havana Cuba thread.

Hi everybody old timer here. I just received the blue book/copy of the record for my appeal. gee all of the apps are going through so quickly wow! When I was going through this last July it took 2 1/2 months just for me to get approved to sponsor my hubby. We were denied hubby's visa and we have almost 10 years together. I had cancer twice and that delayed us getting married until last May. I am cancer free. I fought hard and now I must fight for a visa? I hope no one else has to go through what we have been through. :'( This truly sux. I have heard many ppl get their visas without even knowing eachother, meeting, marrying and sponsoring after a couple of vacations or also with a language barrier :'(

You have survived tougher things than this and are still going strong… the great thing about battles is with experience it gets easier …. I know and feel it in me that your appeal WILL COME THROUGH …… STAY BLESSED you are forever in my thoughts and prayers .
