Hi, several years ago my father applied for PR, and my name was listed under the Family section in the application. The program that he applied to was terminated few years ago and so as the application, but there was a PR file number.
I wasn't the primary applicant for that PR application but my name was on the application form, in this case should I answer Yes or No to the question?
Thanks in advance!

Assuming that you were listed as an accompanying dependent on your father's application, you should probably answer yes.

I was in a similar situation, my mom applied PR under a program that was terminated, I answered Yes and explained that in the LOE.

Thanks for your answer! On the application form there is a question under each family member "Will accompany you to Canada", does this mean I was listed as an accompanying dependent?

May I ask how much details you included in the LOE? I drafted one with the program name, file number, and attached a copy of the application form, will this be sufficient information?
