Has CRS got update yet?

Hi,

I just submit my profile in express entry system but the total score turn out to be only 435, it should be 450 as i am supposed to get 15 additional score after the new changes take effect in Nov 19, 2016? Why the system doesn't show?

If anyone can give me response would be much appreciated.
