Yes - no option C sent as sponsor had been and was living outside Canada for the past six years. Sponsor included a letter explaining why plus evidence of [then] current employment in UK (however irrelevant as sponsor was moving back when PR was processed to no job etc).

I didnt send and option C and had no problems

It depends on your officer. Sometimes people get there apps returned for silly oversights, like foregetting to sign the back of a photo or something. It really depends on the officer.

Yes....... i was also concerned as i did not file in 2008...so i called an agent at immigration and asked about not including the option c printout...she said it was ok to send in copies of T4's or pay stubs etc. instead of option c.....

I filed without an Option C as well. I sent in a letter explaining why along with copies of my T4 and pay stubs for the year. No problem.

Hey guys just a few question off topic if anyone can help me out,
i had sent my application to the

Case Processing Centre – Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, Ontario L5A 4N6

on january 6th 2010 by express post, they recieved it on jaunary 7th 2010, now if i go check on current application being processed it shows application reviced upto january 7th,
so does that include my application?, or anything BEFORE the 7th?,
i went on E-CASE to find out my status by using IMM 5401 receipt number becasue i havent got a file number yet it shows theres no record,
is it possible that i CANT use the IMM 5401 receipt to search becasue it a bit to early or should it be there???,
if anyone was in a stiuation like this please let me know

I was never able to access ecas using my receipt number. Once my sponsor received approval and we got a file number I was able to access it. It said "in process" and never changed again until after I received the PPR via email.

so u think is normal that i cant ACCESS it using my IMM 5401 receipt number and i will have to wait for a file number,
and i cant even call them casue its saturday today,
