has anyone faced this issue before?

hi
when tracking my online application on VFS Global website, i used to get ths message " Visa application, tracking ID No.xxxxxxxx– Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office AMMAN, on 12/06/2018 .....etc."
but now it says " No records found"
my online application on CIC website still untouched and has no updates yet
P.S: i copy and paste the tracking number, so there is no way i mistakenly input a wrong number

has anyone faced this issue before, and what does it mean?

I am having the same response, even when i tracking Id no or Reference number, it says NO RECORD FOUND!

Why are you tracking there? Track directly on the CIC website. You have to link your paper application to online. Follow the instructions here, https://www.caipsgcms.com/blog/10/HOW-TO-LINK-YOUR-PAPER-BASED-APPLICATION-TO-YOUR-ONLINE-CIC-ACCOUNT

everything turned out fine and now I have my student permit
I guess it showed "no records found" because my application was processed in a regional center outside my country
