Has anyone ever got a reference letter to submit passport and get a visa denial?

I submitted my passport 4 days ago after receiving a reference letter that a decision has been made and that I submit my passport but am wondering what decision is that.

Don't stress. You can start packing for Canada as you wait for your visa approval. It means they are going to stamp your passort for visa approval.

The request for Passport submission means there is a positive decision.... it has been approved in principle and the process will be completed once the actual visa is affixed in your passport
