Has anyone done access to information request recently?

Hi everyone,

I got rejected in November. After consulting a consultant we did access to information request on Nov 7.(If he did on that day, I don't know)

I know that on CIC access to information request page there is a warning that says "CIC is receiving more requests than usual and is working to respond to them as quickly as possible." Here is the link: cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-atip.asp

However for my case, it has been more than 7 weeks. Next monday will be 2 months and waiting with uncertainty is really making me uncomfortable. I don't think it should take this long even though they are taking too much requests.

I wanted to ask you guys if any of you here did this request recently? What is the normal response time?

My agent told me that would take around 30-35 days.
I applied on 28 dec. May i know how much your agent charged for it?
