Hi
I wish to apply for visa for my parents and for my brother who has cerebral palsy.

I would appreciate if someone has ever applied before for his/her siblings with cerebral palsy, if they could share their experience and advise the best way of moving forward how to apply for their visa.

Thank you

He is 36, he is dependent on my parents.
To be approved, your brother will have to demonstrate strong ties to his home country and show he has no plans on remaining in Canada long term. Ties are normally things such as employment, property ownership, assets. It also helps considerably if someone has previously traveled to countries requiring visas such as the UK or US. If your brother is fully dependent on your parents and doesn't work / own any assets. It will likely be quite difficult to get an approval. Having said that, you can certainly try. I would keep their trip to 2-3 weeks at most.
