Has anybody received multiple correspondence letters

I applied for TRV on the 22nd Sept and received the BIL( Biometric Information Letter) on the 24th Sept. Then received the correspondence letter on the 04th Oct and then again on the 5th Oct. Is that mean something ? or has that happen to anybody else ? and how long should I expect a decision ?. Please help and thanks in advance.
