Hello Peeps,
Can somebody explain me the difference between SINP OID and SINP EE?
if I am in express entry pool then does that disqualify me from applying to OID?
Also OID was last opened in 30th august and then instead of SINP EE, OID opened again today. Does that mean they have filled SINP EE quota?

OID is paper PNP application. If you applied in one stream, it disqualified you in another stream

If you apply in both streams, then SINP will ask you , which to process further and you can provide your choice to them.

You can request SINP to change your nomination under OID,, apply now under OID and send an email to them with your request.
