Hamilton Office To call

Hi all
I want to ask if calling local citizenship office helps why processing of application is delayed. I have already passed 12months of my application on 15th april 2019. I called CIC and they said my application is in Hamilton office and all back ground check has been completed. they will contact you for further tests/interview.
My question is whether or not to call Hamilton office to expedite the process,will it help? any thoughts, any one has same experience.
Will be grateful if someone replies.

Generally not. You're only 13 days past 12 months. You can try to raise a case-specific enquiry, but calling the office generally won't do much.

I am Hamilton applicant, I just did my Oath April 9th, my total processing time was 14 moths ant 14 days, my file was In process since May 1st.. so just for you to have an idea.. My file started moving after I contacted my MP after I pass the 12 month mark without test invite.
Application January 29
AOR received March
IN process May 1
Test invite Feb 20
Test day March 21
Oath ceremony April 9
Good luck, I don't think you can call directly Hamilton, Try to contact your MP to see details of your case, and Fill a web form..

Thanks so much for both of you for reply and information. I have already contacted my local MP but she didnt reply so far. I called even her office. I also filled web form. Lets see what happens.
