Sure - if you look at the Location by Month tab you can see the Hamilton timeline averages.

For instance for people that applied in February 2018, it took 381 days on average. Here's a couple data points:
Feb 2018: 381 days
March 2018: 386 days
April 2018: 447 days

Not sure what you mean - you may be looking at the 2019 spreadsheet. I'm looking at the 2018 spreadsheet. Very doubtful that any 2019 applicants have had any movement in Hamilton yet. Don't expect to be processed until 2020 if you applied in 2019. It looks in general it's 12+ months timeline, rarely shorter.

I am still painfully waiting for test invite,
Application recieved on feb 6th, 2019,
In process since April 2nd,2019,
FB request and done on May 16,2019
even since not a peep,
Hamilton ,on here.
any news from people who are in Hamilton as well,
does this delay have to do with my frequent travels to Dubai, since my wife and kids live there..!!,
i called IRCC , i am not sequeduled for interview in hamilton, still background check...!!
by the way,
I might relocate to Toronto, North York ,there is a potential employment chance there,
if i move shall i change my address if i move to Toronto, then my File will be sent to GTA Visa office which is even slower than hamilton
or is hamilton slower than GTA visa offices..!!

I think your processing time expectations are a bit off.
I’m also being processed in Hamilton. My application was received July 6, 2018, in process Sept 24, 2018. I just got a test invite for Sept 19, 2019. So it was 14 months from when they received my application until my test date. Just be patient, it will come. But be prepared to wait over a year for it.
