H1B has nothting to do with Canada. Research Express Entry but if not in healthcare then need to be fluent in both official languages to have any chance of invitation.

Check what Federal or Provincial program you qualify for. Can you move with your US job ie work with the current US employer remotely from Canada, then there are few companies on Canadian side who can sponsor your visa and facilitate with PR process. Needless to say they will take a cut from your salary.
