What are the best immigration options for a single/never-married person to move to Canada from the USA if their H1B visa stamping has not been completed?

H1B has nothting to do with Canada. Research Express Entry but if not in healthcare then need to be fluent in both official languages to have any chance of invitation.

And stop using Canada as a backup to not getting a GC in the USA
