H1b visa stamping in Canada

1) Me and my husband we both need visa stamping. So i filled the form and created account on https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-ca
While creating it asked me "Do you want to add another applicant?" As my husband is also on H1b and needs visa stamping, can i add him to this step? or shall me make another account for him? ( he has also filled DS-160 of his own)

2) My minor kids will also be traveling with me but they are us citizens and do not require any visa. Will they be allowed with us in the consulate?

1. Yes you can add them. Dont need another account.
2. Call/Email the consulate.
