Hi ,I have misplaced the photograph that I had uploaded on my ds 160 and which is also on the confirmation page .Can I click and send another photograph with the documents which I have to send through Canada Post .Have applied from Toronto under the renewal waiver for visit visa .Thanks

Hello Guys ,

I sent my documents for Dropbox to Toronto consulate. I’m a Canadian Permanent resident and this is my first time h1b stamping.
02/16/2023 - Dropped my docs at Canada Post
02/17/2023 - Received by consultate
02/17/2023 - 02/26/2023 - “No Status”
02/27/2023 - “Application Received”
02/28/2023 - “Refused”

does anyone one know what are the next steps? I have not received any email or any update on my ais portal.

Is this the portal we should be using to check the status of visa stamping status ?

I was unable to find anything in this portal after I fed in the input. It keeps on saying no records found.

No I came back to the US. Planning to cancel the appointment or rebook it after 6 months. But no reschedule dates are available. I hope they start in country renewals.

How long did it take for them to return your passport after they rejected the dropbox application?

I have attended for the interview and they gave yellow slip (221g for Administration process). Any idea how long it is taking?

Any update on your case or any timeline? I am also in the same boat.

Quick questions, for a B1/B2 visa renewal in Canada Montreal. I got the email instructions send my documents. I sent them but at my own expenses because I didn’t realize that They created a shipping label for me I realized that after I sent them on my own with Canada post. Will that be a problem? Document was sent to Ottawa location. I’m very worry about, document arrived on Sunday 17th of November. Please I need some advice

can you confirm what was your Visa validity date that time? did you came back on AVR or visa was still valid that time when you entered?
did they asked any questions on your dropbox refusal while crossing the border??
