Like in my case...canada is just an option... as long as I have work here in USA I will not exchange US to canada...
Its very hard to start a new life in a strange country w/o relatives & friends. You will start all over again..look for a safe place to live, job, school etc. If you have fear to loose your job sooner why not moving to other country rather than going back to your home country where your income is not enough to live a better & satisfying life.

right mari, thats why I think to move, and I made big mistake of my life that I leave european country to earning dollars instead of euro, even I also elligible in europe to get PR for EU zone in end of 2010. but I thought we will earn lots on H1B but nothing to save and no more better life on H1B....
Its only a bad move because the global economy tanked and when that happens the biggest economy is going to take the biggest hit.
If the global economy had stayed on course, then all would be rushing to the US and saying how happy they were that they came to the US and why everyone should try move to the US.
