I noticed CBSA also likes calling directly the applicant, instead of lawyer. Our CBsA agents always preferred direct communication regarding removal orders. At first, we thought it was scam as well, but then it became obvious this was genuine.

I received email today from Niagara Falls that my police certificate was received and basically no more documents needed so far.
I received AIP on August 31.

Happened to my partner. They asked for PCC although it was submitted before 3 months earlier. We just resent the old one which was still valid. I think they just misplaced it the first time.
if however you returned to the country from which PCC is issued and lived there over 6 months again, then they may ask a new one.

May I know why people told the applicant that negative thoughts ? No one here knows the case of every applicant in this forum. Every case is unique and every officer are different.Good for you! After so many people said you’d get shipped back to UK.Congrats!

I'm 2020 applicant , I applied in May 2020 after 18 months got my answer , officer called me first after that he send me AIP.
