Yes I ordered already I'm waiting for GCMS notes
one thing I know for sure gcms note is used for first stage of H&c the second stage is three main issues are
Security and background check if you pass then it’s copr or if you asked for exemption it will takes longer though
I don't know i didnt recieve any email regards dat but m sponsor is always raising my hope, i dont know may be she got an update, because she called me few days ago that I should go for my Covid vaccine as I may likely be with them in canada by Christmas.
Are you in Canada or outside Canada? You mentioned being sponsored by your sister-in-law but there are no sponsors when it comes to H&C applications. Are you being sponsored via family sponsorship by your sister-in-law under the lonely Canadian program?
I m outside canada, my sister inlaw is not lonely in canada, i belief she only ask for exception, base on my children welfare and some other reasons, i m not sure.
I believe this is called sponsorship with a HC relief. My partner's lawyer mentioned this option is the last resort, if he eventually gets deported. It is used to sponsor inadmissible members of family, using a HC factor as grounds for exemption.
In that case your application it's a directly H&C application.
You have been sponsored through Family Class (Other Relative Stream) with H&C considerations. That's different than a direct H&C application.
