Ha ha yes my partner was waiting for one medical and now he got three medicals and a lot of headache to do kids' national IDs!
Guys, I just received the information that the immigration received my application sent in May fifth along with the biometrics solicitation. Is this the normal time or it was fast?

Yeah he can ask for extension they will give him 3 extension becoz it’s overseas it takes longer . He must complete medical otherwise his proces for co Pr will get delayed
It’s normal now days the application process is way faster then normal timeframe
I thought you already send your application last year but you did smart move best timing to send your application I hope you get positive answers soon

But is it compulsory to include thier medicals now? If he submits the medicals without including the children’s outside Canada own now would they not go ahead and process?

yes it is compulsory - all non accompanying dependants must pass medicals...Even though they are outside Canada and he is not applying for their PR. They are still processing the application and doing background checks but until everybody clears medicals he won't get COPR...
