^^^ IMO, those feel reassuring. This also has a benefit for so many of you who have a legitimate application here for H&C as they could eventually scrap the bad ones by simply discarding their applications. There could be a silver lining here where you folks actually get faster processing as result of less fraudulent/blanket banned applicants/less eligible applicants.

It is extremely hard to define what are legitimate H&C applications and would cause a lot of legal headaches attempting to do so this way. What is more likely is to determine that the general H&C program is no longer functional as a whole and not in Canada’s interest to have immigration programs that have decades long processing times.

Finally ecopr on Dec 26.. after AIP in July .

Very interesting. Although we haven’t heard exactly who landed in December this is very fast processing from AIP to even P1 based on other cases until at least November. Would be interesting to hear when others received AIP and how many landed in December.
