Yes you're right. I have verified again and confirming that I have applied under Family Class Sponsorship with H&C consideration. It's not filed under direct H&C Application. Got to know that they're two different things. Thanks for clarification.
H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

I am a failed refugee with a DTR with departure date set at 30th June. PRAA and H&C was reviewed by the same officer. Even though I think he failed to consider a lot of current information. I also didn't get the H&C decision (dated 14 Feb) until 06 May when it was handed to me physically at the CBSA airport office along with the PRAA decision. Reasons giving was that of establishment (we have been here for 7 years with 2 kids (born outside canada). Any ideas on the way forward will be appreciated
You need a lawyer. You need to attempt to get a stay on your removal and assess whether you have a realistic case for JR and what are your options going forward. Establishment in Canada is not necessarily going to be enough to secure H&C these days.

That is something you should discussing with your lawyer. Whether reconsideration is worthwhile or JR is a better option and whether you have grounds for either is impossible to comment on without knowing your case and the H&C ruling. There has to have been an error made by IRCC based on your filing.
Congratulations, here in Ontario you can get your Health card with your AIP letter, check it out where you live.
Reconsideration is just a try your luck thing. It shouldn't affect the option for a JR right?

Yes but could delay processing and given informal process is unlikely to have any impact on application to stay removal. In general chances of success are minimal so probably not worth time and cost.
