Did you apply for spousal sponsorship with H&C consideration or 2 separate applications (H&C and spousal sponsorship)?

it's all as one. Since I am not eligible for Rehab application at this time. Rather waiting for it I can apply for H&C with Spousal which will be considered as Hardship and all other factors.

You are posting under the wrong thread then based on what I think you are describing. Just to clarify you did not fill out an H&C application but applied for spousal sponsorship while asking to be considered based on your specific circumstances. Your application isn’t considered an H&C application but a family sponsorship application with H&C considerations. They are very different so it does not make sense to compare yourself to H&C applications.

I think you're right. It sounds like OP has applied for PR under spousal sponsorship but with H&C considerations to try to overcome the inadmissibility. As you've said, this would mean the class of the application is Family class and not H&C.

So it's going to be very difficult for us too guess timelines. As discussed above, you have applied for spousal sponsorship with H&C considerations (not for H&C directly). These application are not common. Estimated processing times are not published by IRCC and the number of people applying this way on this forum is generally extremely low.

You may want to post in the Family Sponsorship section of the forum instead and hope someone there can offer advice. But most likely, it's going to be extremely difficult for anyone to predict processing times.

I have the same application as well. Since you are inadmissible, they will consider your application under h&c not spousal. I have been waiting for 22 months for it.

Not sure the specifics of your case but it is possible to apply for family sponsorship with H&C considerations which appears to have happened in this case. Applying for H&C is also an option but does not appear to have happened in this case.

As I understand, he had to apply H&C to overcome the inadmissibility. Otherwise he can simply do a spousal sponsorship application. When that happens, he is going into queue the one for H&C applications.

Based on what they specified no I think he applied for spousal sponsorship with H&C consideration. These are 2 very distinct pathways. One that is only H&C while other falls under family sponsorship.
