Anybody can apply at anytime if they are in Canada with a legal status. Its fairly straightforward . Question is, do you have a solid and compelling case??

Hello everyone! Guys with the permission of God after 6 long years , we were approved in Both applications. In CBSA they gave me prra result and hnc , both were positive.

I just read the post on FB H&C page- someone got the refusal of WP - submitted application after AIP in June 2024
Refusal reason states” you did not apply to maintain ur status after ur permit expired in Nov 2022”

This is so weird that a WP was refused after AIP

thats not a human response thats a robot AI response. Humans dont adjudicate cases these days anymore. Federal court cases increased by 365% percent these days because of AI refusals.

after sending requested documents/items to Backlog Reduction Office at Niagara Falls for processing stage 2 how long does it take to get acknowledge receipt and confirmed reply emails ?

Never get confirmation email back . Better to call IRCC & make sure .
