HI,
we received a refused H&C, we assume that our file was a strong file, but the IRCC officer was tough, ignoring all the hardship and twisting all strong points and establishments to be good to be used out of Canada.
do you think I shall do the re-consideration, or apply for a new H&C ?

Hi, So sorry to hear that.
Would you let us know more about your establishment factors? have a house? Have your own Business? Canadian child or any non Canadian children grown up here in Canada? Strong Connections? Community membership with evidence? Having voluntarily experience with evidence? Got any Canadian non-academic Certificate? or any other special factor? Are you a highly educated person in a poison on-demand in Canada? From a specific country not in a proper condition to make problems for you or have hardness in return?
We can evaluate our application based on your experience.
Thank You

Hi, SHS.
for the establishment factor, we had more than 5 years, both sons studying a Canadian university, one of them already finished and working in a casual work, wife is working with special needs kids.
We bought our house 2 years back.
Never had any social assistance.
We don’t have our own business.
We have a great number of friends in the community (different nationalities) with more than 40 supporting letters And other evidences.
For the volunteering all family members had done it especially wife have more than one
We had some evidence of Canadian training courses.
For the hardship we had a lot of evidences and even serious threats.

Irrespective of your sons who have their individual Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) opportunities, your application demonstrated strength. It's possible that a different officer, upon reconsideration, might arrive at a more favorable decision.

Could you provide details about your application timeline? Specifically, when did you submit your application, when was the decision rendered, and which office issued the decision? Do your whether they passed your security or criminality before your eligibility refusal?

Hello Everyone.
Do any of you know where is the background check process? At the begin or end.
I called the IRCC today and she said background check in progress but she didn’t tell me what I passed and what is remaining.
Thank you
