Hey guys!

Our battle has ended in praise!!! On July 13th 2023 at 11:30pm we received an email from ircc that our ecorp was ready for download. It is finally over surely what God cannot do does not exist!!

Here is our timeline
First H&C application october 2014 done by me (refused February 2015)
Applied for refugee 2015 (claim denied 2017)
RAD (denied)
Judicial review (denied)
Second H&C May 2018 by Lawyer (refused 2019)
Applied for PRAA 2019 by Lawyer (refused 2020)
Deportation process started May 2021
CBSA bought tickets 5 times to remove my family.
Husband was detained by cbsa for a week then released.
Third H&C Application by Lawyer August 9th 2021 refused October 20th 2022
Request for reconsideration November 10th 2022 no lawyer I did the cover letter and submitted lots of evidence to counteract the officers arguments. That was all with the help of the Lord (No Lawyer)
Medical request for me and my daughter March 6th 2023
Aip received April 18th 2023.
Ecopr July 13th 2023.

1.I took the time out to share my timeline because I want to encourage everyone who is waiting and especially those that feels like it is over. It is never over until it is over. Put all your trust in God, turn your worries into worship the same God that did it for my family will certainly do it for you.

2. Don't wait for immigration to contact you keep updating your application, send news paper articles showing hardship in your home country, show pictures of any accomplishments in Canada.

if you have a medical condition and you request an exemption for medical show how it will be hard to support yourself if you should return to your home country for example get quotations on your current medications, the services you will need and how much they would cost. Show the conditions of the hospitals, crime rate, unemployment rate etc.

3. If you have children send pictures of their lives in Canada, example report cards, whatever sports they are in, any awards etc if they are old enough to write a letter let them write a letter to immigration explaining how much they love Canada and all the fun things they like about being here. If you have a lawyer don't depend on them to update your file do it yourself I am speaking from experience. Give it your all and your best and with that God will do the rest.

I want to say a big thank you to @Katayoon @wello711 @grahs1994 @SweetQueen some of you I can't remember your names but you all played an important role in our success.

I am praying for all those who are waiting. We shall all celebrate in Jesus's name!! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!
Congratulations , this is indeed a testimony. WhatGodCanNotDoDoesNotExist.

Hello everyone. I have good news to share. I finally got AIP. My timeline is as follows:
Paper application by Lawyer on 17th April 2022, it was returned 23rd May 2022- they said incomplete
Lawyer checked again and didn’t find anything missing, he sent it back 29th May 2022
Received AOR 13th June 2022
Started processing 18th October 2022
AIP 15th July 2023
My H&C application was based on Child and Establishment. I’m Married with 2 kids (born outside canada ages 9 & 8 years old), i arrived canada 2017, failed Refugee, and currently reporting at CBSA. I actually had a removal order September 2022, i got a lawyer for deferral and was refused. We proceeded to the Federal court, our arguments was based on suicidal evidence on my part and my kids report from school that they need special learning, and coupled with the fact that i’ll be eligible for PPRA in October 2022, also, i already have H&C application in process, the judge ordered CBSA to leave us till further notice. But i should keep reporting at CBSA every month. Although i was eligible for PPRA since October 2022, we wete not given the forms to apply. i asked one officer during my reporting visit in January 2023 about the PPRA forms, he checked his system and confirmed i was now eligible, and told me they would send it to my address in due time, but to my surprise, till this day, CBSA has not sent the forms. So yeah, all Glory to God for his mercies upon me and my family. It was a tough, lonely, sad and financially draining journey, but with prayers and hope, God did it! To everyone waiting for their good news, i pray your good news comes sooner than you expect amen

Hello guys. I need your help here. I have started gathering my documents to submit for stage 2. In my AIP letter, it says i should submit a valid passport. Number 1, my passport was taken from me at the point of entry since 2017, they only gave me my data page, but it’s expired now. Will they accept that or how do i go about it. Number 2, no medical form was sent to me, will that come in a separate mail or i have to download it online? The letter says i have to submit all in 30 days.
