Sorry boss it's take How many days to receive response after you submitted all necessary documents because I submit all required documents since 24th of June 2023 have not receive any response.

Hi folks, I’m new here recently got approval for ODSP and also I have H&C file application my question for experts should I update immigration regarding this ? Does it affect the decision outcome like negative impact or positive impact? Grounds for H&C are medical and hardship home country.

ODSP could be seen either way but i think as your grounds for H&C are also medical, you should be OK if you decides to update IRCC. What is your timeline?

Regarding any update, I would assume that they'll be curious about how you support yourself financially.

Is it a positive thing? EVERY general question about any aspect of immigration begins, "it depends..."

Generally speaking - I don't see anything particularly positive about being supported financially by the state. Maybe you have other factors that will align with the H&C policies that outweigh your need to be supported financially, or perhaps receiving state funding will be viewed unsympathetically.

Who knows but you what your submissions detail for reasons to receive an exemption?

I didn’t request to medical exemption it’s just regular H&C I applied 12 months after my last negative decision.
I got confused I don’t know what should I do and I don’t have lawyer I applied by myself.

Regular H&C I mean application with no exemption and not Based interest of child with little wight of self establishment main grounds are medical and hardships.
