Hello
I am Naseebullah from Afghanistan. You know that there has been a war in Afghanistan for 20 years, people are being killed every day and I want to come to my point because you know that when America came here, Afghans would cooperate with them and start working with them.
One of his colleagues was my uncle, who served with NATO forces for at least six years.
But with a special US visa, he sent my uncle and family to the United States.
But with a special US visa, he sent my uncle and family to the United States.
The important news here is that when my uncle was working for NATO forces, I would stay at home with them and I was their housekeeper and his bodyguard, but when he left, I was threatened by the Taliban, but my uncle Saying don't be upset bring me to America but unfortunately that didn't happen because I died of a heart attack a year ago.
So now I remember yesterday I was also looking for you to help your uncle
And I still have threats that you will die.
You will not help me out of human sympathy.

It has been more than a month now that our files are in queue awaiting final review. I remember in good old times COPR was coming next day after final review email. Now it takes months just to be assigned to an officer...
It was the summer so everything is processed more slowly. 1st stage approval/refusals have been much faster so resources may have gone into processing’s 1st stage faster. Assume there will be a bulk approval for COPRs. I

Hi Katayoon,

I have already completed my application. But I am currently reviewing it and proofreading/checking it rigorously for any mistake. I should be submitting it in the next 2 weeks. I have a question I will like to ask you.

1) Remember In my of my previous chat with you, you said you did not include a copy of your refusal letter in the application you did yourself. However, you addressed some of the concerns noted by IRRC officer in your previous application in your cover letter. There is a section in my cover letter I addressed some of the concerns noted( especially the ones that the officer requested for evidence). In order for the officer to understand what I am addressing, I added included a copy of my refusal letter in the submission for reference. I guess, my question here is, should I include a copy of the refusal letter or I should remove it so that the officer can check a copy of the refusal letter on their system. which option will you go for if you are in my position.

2) Is the use of a "Canada-post shipping box" (similar to box amazon use to ship large orders to customer address) acceptable for posting submission to the IRCC office? I can't use envelope ( regardless of size) because the evidence in my submission is a lot.

3) Do I need to notarize any documents? if so, what document.

4) Lastly, is there anything or important information you will like to bring to my attention or something important I should carefully check or review before my submission?

Patiently waiting for your response. Thanks

What I did was quote what officer said and then write my arguements towards it. I had alot of evidence and I sent in all the officer was asking for in my refusal and when I went to Canada Post they gave me a very very large envelope that they stated they use for immigration proposes. And fixed everything properly and neatly in. My pictures in a little envelope that I got then in when I took them and just write pictures on it.

Only open for vaccinated travellers otherwise open to the same people who have met the travel exemptions for quite a while. In general most employees are back in the office after labour day since kids are back in school and weather is less reliable.

I did not include copy of refusal letter because I did not have it - the officer sent the letter directly to CBSA to trigger deportation and my partner never received it. They should have everything in the system - no need to include previous letters from IRCC.

We did not notarize any documents - no need to notarize unless they instruct you to do so. The translation into English/French should be certified though.

I see PP already addressed your shipping question.

Thanks for the response.

I am guessing your submission "might" not be as much as mine. The bulk of my submission is mainly "evidence". I neatly place each piece of evidence neatly in a big folder. The folder cannot fit in any of the envelopes Canada post sell. Same with the largest-size envelope. Even if it fits, it will be prone to tear due to the bulkiness of my submission. I don't want to risk any document get missing during the delivery to the IRRC office. As a matter of fact, I brought a huge envelope last week from Canada-post. It could not fit and I had to return it yesterday.

For the above reason, I think the only option left is for me to use a small shipping box from Canada Post to post my submission.

Sounds good. I will take out the refusal letter.

Thanks
