Hello senior member my application got refused what happen next? CBSA will deport me? How can I ask for refusal reason senior member please help :( so sad after waiting for long Time:(

Please can you share your timeline ?
You ask for gcms notes to know reasons or ask vancouver office by email to receive refusal notes and prepare reconsideration application, second application or JR

I applied April 2020 got refused today my lawyer said there is a new rule in H&C they’re refusing approved application. Because of Ukraine crisis.

April 2020 or 2021 ??? did you receive AIP before and they refused the second stage or this is your first stage decision ?
Please can you share all your timeline ? did you apply for JR for asylum case decision or PRRA during the H&C application process ?
are you failed refugee seeker ?
