I have close to 15+ years experience and also have Masters from UK with close to 10 years US experience interested in filing PR. However I am well short of the bar due to my age, as you guessed I am >40.
I have paid job in Toronto, however this is through ICT (Intra Company Transfer) and was told by few friends I will not get 50 points for Job Offer for filing expresss entry.
What options do I have to get the ITA?
I also heard that if I work here for 1 year, I can apply through Canadian experience class where the points does not count? Is that so. I did not see any specific reference to this in the IRCC website.
Any leads how do I get through this sticky PR process, highly appreciated.
Do you recommend any specific provience PNP program in my case.
My wife used to practice Dentistry back in India, but for last 8-10 years, she is not practicing once we moved to US. Will that help anyway if I make her primary applicant?
