Dear Sir ,

I required guidance for filllng of application form in stage 2.

1. We have submitted IELTS test report at the stage 1 ( June 2004 ) , Do we require to go for the IELTS test again.

2. Funds : Funds means ready cash , Privident fund , house in my name , plot in my name , National saving certificates and Life insurance policies - can we include all this.

3. I am a principal applicant , now my spouse has five year teaching experience in secondary school . Visa Officer will also consider my wife experience for migration.

kindly provide guidance and waiting a positive reply from you.

1. If you submitted IELTS without being asked at Stage 1 , you may need to redo again. IELTS is only valid for 2 years and if they ask you for latest IELTS scores , they may not accept your 2004 result. Contact your center and ask.

2. You will need to provide proof of your funds to the Canadian visa office in your home country when you
submit your application for immigration. ie you must show that you have and are able to take the amount you have specified on your application with you when you migrate. Remember even if you convince the visa officer that you will sell your land etc and have the money available when needed, if you say you will take x dollars with you when you land in Canada, the immigration officer in canada will check that you have done so. ie that you are bringing in x dollars as claimed you would

3. Your wife will get points for her qualifications not her experience unless the experience was gained in Canada.
