Guidance required for HEC Pakistan Documents attestation

Dear All,

I am hoping if someone is familiar with HEC attestation requirement of Pakistan. I have done O levels and A levels back in 1996. Now i have to submit my attested documents for evaluation to WES canada.
Anyone familiar with the process can share check list with me, i will be extremely grateful.
