My girlfriend has a group five sponsorship and after waiting for four years she did interview and asked to do medical a moth ago, and naw they have asked for a resubmission with out telling the reason. We will have 10 days to do so but meanwhile can we hire lawyer and fight this?

What do you mean by resubmission? What have they been asked to resubmit?

You'll need to provide the full email or letter she received with the instructions from IRCC.

It's not at all unusual to be asked to provide updated information. We need to see what the letter says.

we are under privately sponsorship program - group five
1. since september our eCAS account says in process
2.we added a new born with a web form before two months
3. now i also investigated there is date mistakes on my schedules
pls help what to do with those taskes,
shall i send all the corrected and updated (with new baby added) froms again to IRCC with a cover letter
