After applying for group five exactly two Years ago I have finally got the AOR number but they said some information is incomplete and are asking me to submit the missing ones. Will this affect my processing time?

Don't know what documents were asked for but officer has to review and make sure correct documents. Also don't know when you applied or country applied from so add a few months.
I am applying from Uganda and after 2 years of waiting my G number with a note saying "However, please note that the information and/or documents listed below are missing/incomplete, which could affect the processing timeline or assessment of your file." Those notes are my date of birth and sponsor assessments (some boxes were unchecked)

So they told you that processing times may change and no one can tell you how long it will change by. Could be weeks or months.

Yeah, thank you what I was curious about was how significantly it would be prolonged

There isn’t a standard amount of time. Given private sponsorships are now taking many years to process won’t probably gave a significant impact overall.
