Dear all,

I am planning to apply for a scholarship or loan to continue my postgraduate study in Toronto as a permanent resident. Actually, I am outside Canada. Can I apply online or I must be physically present in Toronto? Which organisation I should refer to?

for any type of grant, scholarshop, bursaries, u have to be physically present in that province.

I am not sure how much time you have been in Canada and what is your status now. You can apply for OSAP, but for that you would need some credit history and of course be physically present in Canada. Scholarships can be applied, I assume, from anywhere but with the institution you are planning to join (not sure about their policies though).
