Graduating Soon ... Applying for PGWP

Hi All,

I am supposed to be graduated soon (PhD) from one of the Ontario's universities. I am going to apply for PGWP inside Canada. The processing time of applying online may vary (could reach 50 days). Is it faster to apply for PGWP from any port of entry offices (e.g. going off board and enter Canada again through one of the port entry offices)? Did anyone do this before?
