Graduated in different stream and working in different stream

I have a Bachelor of Technology(Mechanical Engineering) and Master of Technology (Industrial and Management Engineering) from Indian University.

I have 3 years 2 Months of experience in IT industry.

I am applying with NOC 2172.

There is difference in field of education and Work experience . Will this matter while applying for Canada PR through Express Entry: Federal Skilled Worker Program.
