Graduated From Ontario Working in Quebec - Immigration Possibilities

I graduated from a college in Ontario and now I'm working in big IT firm in Montreal with good pay and it's a job in the field i studied.

Just want to know whether i will be able to apply for CSQ since i did my studies in Ontario.

For CSQ do I need to work for at least 12 months here?
