Graduate eligibility

hi,
I have two 1 year post-graduate certificate program which makes a total of 16 months of study in last 2 years and now i have 1.5 years of work exp in skill level A .

I am still confused about the two 1 year graduate certificate makes me eligible for cec graduate stream or not.

Reply from all those have applied in cec would be appreciated .

No, sorry, they do not. To combine 2 one-year programs, the 2nd program has to be a master's degree. (M.A., M.S., M.B.A, etc.). A master's certificate is not the same as a master's degree.

yeah the guide says the same but the operational guide define 2 programs to be any type , this is where i am getting confused

As jes_ON said - the second program needs to be a Masters.
