I don't have a government provided birth certificate. But, I am having one which is provided by my school authority and also my date of birth is correctly mentioned on all the other government provided ID's(Passport, Education Documents, Tax ID). I will be applying for the government provided birth certificate, but, due to current pandemic situation, it will take 40 - 50 days to get one issued. Kindly suggest whether I should submit my spousal sponsorship application or not without having a government provided birth certificate?
