Government Job NOC/experience letter requirement for pakistani student visa

R u sure abt NOC thingy ?? and how to avoid this Qs.. any suggestionss ???

Anyone working for Pakistani Local or Provincial gov will have to provide NOCs. They might ask you to provide it after you submit the application.

If u cannot get the NOC think of different ways to avoid this question. If you submit ur Pay stubs, they will see how and from whom ur getting paid.

Just don't lie in the application.

Why don't you apply for a study leave/Ex Pakistan leave ?

1. Here is a case:

I am a government employee on contract for 3 years as Assistant Director Civil Engg. 1 year has passed. My previous experience and qualification is:
NESPAK (6 month experience) sept 2011 - FEb 2012
BSc Civil Engg graduation in 2011

I can not get experience letter and NOC due to lengthy procedures involved. Also, I will resign and intend to go for MASc Civil Engg from UBC and return and teach at some good private uni or engage in professional practice.

2. Question is:

If i show my latest pay slip and appointment letter? Is it ok? Will it cause any problem? Should I write in SOP that I will resign after issuance of Visa?
Please guide as its getting late for me to apply for Visa for Fall'13 intake. Thanks a LOT in advance

Are u contracted Employee or Just working on Contract through another company ?

On ur bank statement , when u get ur pay... What does it ? Where is it from ?

So you mean, I have to select Yes for Question of Government employee?? Even though I am on Contract.

I would also talk to a consultant / agent if i was you.
But do keep in mind, in case u do declare ur self a contract employee from the government. you should be ready to show ur contract as prrof that u can get our of the Job without any issue.

The Gov job should be a good thing in ur case.

it is not easy to get Ex/pakistan leave , and one cant apply for it before having visa in hand.... wot if i apply without NOC and show my pay slips/appointment letter/appreciation letters and once i get visa i apply for study leave ???

this i can tell to VO too if they wana know it..

On ur bank statement , when u get ur pay... What does it ? Where is it from ?

I am contracted employee with proper recruitment by same org. Its likely to be permanent after 3 yrs. On pay slips, therz no mention of Gov. of Punjab... Its just the name of organization and my designation is clearly written with "CONTRACT".

I cant apply for study leave coz my contract expires before end of my study visa validity of minimum duration i.e 2yrz.

You don't have to worry about about NOC. It is not necessary.You should provide your joining letter and pay slips just to show that you are well established in your home country and you will have far better opportunities when you will rturn after you higher studies.
I did the same it has worked for me. (Advice from fellow Civil Engineer )

a guy told me that try to get a letter from your manager showing that "after your studies you may come back to join on same position"

No you dont need experience certificate from your employer - neither from HR nor your manager.

You just have to convince VO through SOP that you will come back to Pakistan after studies.

Dont worry go ahead and file your application. Everything will be fine.

but if i can get it easily , should i attach experience cert with my application?

i toked to one consultant he told me there is no way but NOC. but when i told him about experience cert he said okie , it will work.

i'm confused. wot to do .. gona file my application next week.
