How to apply for government-assisted refugee resatelment in canada from our own home country .
From pakistan. And will this application be accepted or not is there any way one apply from the country and get the assistance and visa etc from canadian government?

You can't. You either need to move to a third country and apply to the UNHCR for refugee status or fly to Canada and apply as a refugee in country. They won't consider an application from your home country.

what countries are considered eligible in terms of moving out in third country. Is Georgia a good option to move and contact UNHCR for protection? where UNHCR will settle an applicant after then. Can an aplicant request for certain countries to get settled through UNHCR?

Unless your life is under extreme threat taking a risk on moving to another country to register with UNHCR as a refugee is crazy. Only a fraction of people/families are ever resettled and you have no choice of where you go. The average time to be resettled is over 10 years. Given the amount of people currently in IDP or refugee camps most will unfortunately never be resettled.
