My question is to try and help 2 Ukrainian friends. They do not speak Ukrainian and their English is limited.
They are concerned about the Canadian government award of $3000
If they accept this,does it mean they will have to stay for the 3 year limit of their temporary CU visa? If they leave before then and they obliged to pay this back? Is there in fact, a limit on the amount of time they have to stay in Canada if the money is accepted?
