My visa Office is in different country is it ok to send an Email to a different office?

That's why I said "in my case". I posted the email address because it's not so easy to find. But surely the best place to contact first is directly the visa office where you applied.

Usually, but as you can notice in this post, many times they just don't do it. You have to be prepared to request it if they don't send it along with your passport.

Hi,

I got my TRV on 1st Nov. I haven't got the POE approval letter. Does anybody know if there is change in policy to not to issue POE letter anymore.
I sent email to Canada consulate in Bangalore to enquire about the letter and the reply seems to be a generic email mentioning that POE is not required in short. Could somebody suggest what can be done. I already created webform request but didn't got any reply yet.

Does anybody have any clue what can be done or do i have to just wait for the letter in any case.

This is urgent.i received visa approval letter and there is an update on my CIC account ....but no letter stating I should submit my passport for visa stamping that means i did not get passport request message after my approval over 1 week now
