Got request to re-submit documents

Hi,

I've got request to submit more documents on our relationship and I did already but. I've question about email id that they ask to send documents.

As they ask to submit documents via email,
Do they confirm that they received our documents? and
As email ID itself has some capital characters, we used all small characters for email ID, They will still receive the documents?

Email addresses are case-agnostic. Not sure if they issue a receipt for ADR.
