Got rejection under non-spp in 2008,can i apply in spp now??

I got rejection under non-spp in 2008 mid so my question is-can i apply in spp now? If not,thn what are the alternatives?

Hi,

You can not apply under SPP.

I quote NEW SPP visa checklist (in effective since September, 2011)

“New requirement, beginning for September 2011 entry applications: those who have previously been refused any Canadian study permit application are not eligible to apply under SPP.”
