go for caips and reapply and take suggestion from other agents too but dont change course it will be a plus piont

consult ur agent or you can reapply for offer letter if university cant wait for 30 days as its time taken by caips

I have written explaining my refusal in sop . But i think that was of of no use and they gave me same reason this time also.

You should write why this course after bcom and why Canada plus career after it
