Please help

Thank you so much for your thoughts!
Do you think that including the wording “non-seasonal” on the letter I am submitting (which will differ from the letter submitted to HR Canada) will be a problem? Thank you

Hi, how are you
I'm totally frustrated because my visa was denied. I do not understand very well the reasons. My boyfriend is from ontario and helped me in the process, with all'm Brazilian study documents only do college have no income but he said iri all costs until the air ticket. the visa is only tourism for 2 months.

pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase someone can help me ? iiii would be thankful very much
This is the wrong forum, as it is for people applying through Express Entry for permanent residence in Canada - not visitor visas.

The usual reason for rejecting a tourism visa is that the officer did not believe you would return home to Brazil after the 2 months. You have a boyfriend in Canada and, apparently, no job in Brazil - those two things alone would signal the possibility that you intend to stay in Canada.

Try to find ways to prove you will return to Brazil - get a job, have an apartment with rent you have to pay, be in the middle of your course of study at university, etc. and reapply. But really, a young, unemployed person with no money and no ties to their home country and a boyfriend in Canada stands little chance of approval. Sorry!

I would advise u too do that. No harm done but can be helpful.

I just saw that you received positive in GCMS notes..Do you still advise me to send new offer letter stating "subject to gaining permanent residence" clause?

Cant harm so yes.
